I have been looking for a lift cylinder for my skid for months. The only one that seems to exist is a new one for $1105. There are a few advertised on various sites, but when call they all say it's not in stock. The reason I need a new one is I left a socket on the ledge under the cylinder and it bent the tube. It also left a small ding in the tube that binds the piston and even left a slight flat area on the side of the piston. The bypass fluid now sprays out of the gland at the rod seal. If anyone knows where there is a junk 700, 720, 721, or 722 with an available cylinder, I'd be glad to pay a finder's fee. I believe the 620 also used the same cylinder, Bobcat part no. 6540229. Not sure where you are located, but there are companies around that repair hydraulic cylinders. My dad does a lot of machine work for one here in South Western Ontario, Canada. They could easily fix you up.
