Bobcat 463 with bobcat 10 auger. Help.

I bought a brand new auger setup from bobcat and it works great in the forward direction but not in reverse. When I engage the auxiliary lever to reverse, the auger moves about 1/8 turn and stops. What can be the problem? Is the fault in the bobcat or the auger? I have warranty for the auger. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you.

Swap the QD fittings on the auger hoses, see if the problem stays with the auger direction or stays with the aux control direction.

Your 463 uses a lever to operate the aux hydraulics and not a thumb switch?
Billrbg has a good idea, if the auger turns the other way after swapping the couplers, it's the machine and not the auger.
