Hi Guys! I have a 2000 773 Turbo with the optional BESS security system and hand controls. Anyway, this machine has 400 hours and has been in a heated garage all it's life. We only use it to push snow. It pretty much looks new and has been serviced as it should be. Yesterday I was driving and the BICS unit began flashing all lights and the warning horn stayed on. It quit running immediately. Reading on this forum I suspected a bad ground or battery cable. I replaced the battery, both battery cables (with factory new), and cleaned all grounds along with the main Positive connection on both sides of the 100 AMP main fuse. I hooked everything back up and when I press the Enter button all the BICS lights flash and the warning horn beeps as well. There is no set amount that it flashes and beeps, and sometimes it never quits flashing and beeping. I went a step further and checked all the cannon plug and connections including those to the BICS and BESS and see no evident failures. The fuses are all good as well. I have 12.8 Volts at the accessory point point inside the cab. Before I call the Bobcat dealer to send a tech is there anything else obvious to troubleshoot? I don't mind paying for service, but really need this machine going now. Lot's of snow here. Thanks!!
