I hope you can help me, my bobcat you has worked fine over the years, i have had to change various hydraulic bits but the engine is great and wiring whilst old has not given an issue. Today it gave a warning beep which could have been anything as i cannot read the display (lcd is very weak). Then it slowed and stopped with no power to anywhere, no display, no power on motor stop solenoid, no starter or anything. Battery is fine. I was hoping you could advise where something is located that can switch of all power as there is nothing obviuos i can see and all fluids are fine. Engine is not hot either.
I put a probe (light on screwdriver style) as its going dark here cannot be sure but it confirms there is not power to key switch, there is power to starter motor. Not sure what is able to cut this power.

There is a 100 amp fuse in the engine compartment directly above the battery. There are 2 red cables running from the + terminal. One to the starter, the other runs straight up to a black box where the fuse is. That fuse supplies power to the everything inside of the cab. But I dont know if it would happen to blow with the machine running if it would kill the engine. Good luck

Thanks, Going to the machine in the light of day I followed the power wire back and as i wobbled it the display gave its customary beep, which means i just got power. Kept looking around and decided to drop the cab back down and away it went. So I now have it up in my shed and will have to open that loom up to find out where the poor connection is.
I will look for that fuse as I was looking in there as a well at that exact area and saw nothing like that. My battery runs straight to starer and other wires are taken on the starter motor mount. Will check into that some more when it get it in my shed.
Thanks for your help.

BTW: the motor gets killed by the relay on the injector pump, as the connection is loose it must have cut the power on and off until it lost connectivity as such the injector pump was running with less fuel each time I would say.
Thanks for your help.
