Ok so I went to use a grapple to load logs for the mill, and no response at all from trying to activate aux front hydraulics. I press the aux hyd button, in either position it lights up, but no right joystick trigger response nor thumb toggle switch response. My rear stabilizers (left joystick controls) work ok. I looked at all the similar historical posts in this forum. I will start tracing and troubleshooting starting with the easy stuff first. My plan: check aux hyd activation button in upper right console; check 2 main fuses in engine bay (these are good); check 2 solenoids at spool valve (but neither activate now) and check voltage to each; check harness connection from cab to main frame; look for bad wires, frays or corroded pins in all harnesses; and then check connections and ground to the aux hyd PWM module (my part #6700604 No Longer Available NLA from bobcat). I read about a PWM fuse. Can anyone tell me where it is? If I need the PWM Module, which is no longer available, is my machine doomed to never have aux hyd function again?
I will try to keep this post updated til closure.

Update…wiring diagrams were used. 12v comes from key to aux hyd button. Aux hyd button is good. Aux hyd button sends voltage to the aux module box. Module box then sends signal to joystick, which sends signal back to module then to solenoid magnet on valve spool unit. I opened cab and found my issue fast. See pic. Splicing fix next step. This is the harness on the aux hyd control module. In case I needed it, I did find a new old stock module, in Belgium, $41. So I ordered it and it will be here if needed.

Thanks for the follow up, damn rodents. You would think they would find something better to eat??
The wire companies use a soy based plastic for insulation. Rodents find it tasty, chew up the wires, we buy more wire and the cycle continues.

I'm beginning to think that the wire manufacturers and rodents are in on it together.

I knew they were going that way. But this is a 25 year old machine, id hope back then they were using real materials. I know that never stopped a mouse from chewing wires back then either.
