I bought a '93-'94 753 (512711xxx) a few years ago. 4600hrs. Got a 907 backhoe for it also. The first few times I used the backhoe, the auxiliary hydraulics worked fine. Went to use it a couple months later, nothing. No lights next to the switch or clicks like the solenoids were trying. Drove it the next day, pressed the switch and the lights came on. Every time I've driven it since I would press the button to see if they would come on. They did once or twice but now they won't light up at all. My fuses are good (only has 2). Solenoids both test 10.3 ohms. I checked the switch with a test light and it sends power to the opposite terminal when I press/hold the button. The green LED's come on when i put the tester probe on them. Haven't found any broken wires either. Any suggestions where to check next? PWM or solenoids? Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention it's a base model. No BOSS or BICS. The auxiliary switch is on the left side instrument panel.

I'm having the exact same symptoms with my 1991 753 Bobcat and have been chasing around the wiring circuits for days. Where did you manage to source an auxiliary control module?

I got it directly from Bobcat, part#6671669. They don't give them away at $600 but I can use my attachments now.
