I am having a problem when I start the machine. The hydraulics don't power up. Sometimes it takes a short time then the machine will operate. Sometimes I must turn the machine off and restart. When the machine is running everything seems to be fine. It is only when I start. If I shut the mcahine off for a short time the hydraulics is fine its onloy when the machine sits for a period of time. When I refer to hydraulics, I meen the bucket wan't operate or the macine will not move.

On the left side (when sitting in the machine) is there a box with lights on it? Or does it have a LED gauge in the upper right corner of the dash?
I'm just wondering if its your park brake stopping you from moving or seat or seat bar switch locking you out of your hydraulics and locking the brake.

When you say the hydraulics don't work do you mean just the lift and tilt or does it not drive also?
If its just lift and tilt it sounds like the hydraulic pump is losing its prime. You could hook a guage up to the aux. and see what the preasure is doing.

The left side has the key and alternate hydraulics only no lights on left or LED on the right.

Ok, thats a standard BICS machine (good thing, easier to work on).
When you sit down and pull the seat bar down, look down to your right, next to the seat. Have all the green lights lit up? When they are all on, the park brake will release and the hydraulic lock out solenoid will disengage.
As stated earlier, is the problem that the oil isn't moving properly? like loss of charge pressure? or when you move the sticks forward they fight against you and squeal?
The more info you can give will help in working out what could be wrong.

I will check the lights the machine doesn't squeal or anything it just sits there.

I don't have any lights on the right side or left side. So I am not sure what else I can't provide. I am having problem replying to these questions. I get error messages when I try to reply.

Ok, it sounds like it may be a BOSS machine then.....
It sort of sounds like your lockouts are enabling stoping the hydraulics and drive but you should be able to feel the brake holding the machine back. Low charge pressure should make a light or buzzer go off as this would cause lack of drive and hydraulic operation. I really don't know what else it could be.
