I have tried everything within reason and this thing is not budging even a little. I have tired heating it but not too hot in hopes of not destroying the pump seal, I have tried a chissel and big hammer and it does not budge, there is not enough room to get much of any kind of puller behind the coupler. How would you propose to get this thing off with the least amount of damage? I do not really care if I damage the coupler as I am going to go with a different setup with a custom kubota V1305 install but I do not want to damage the shaft of the pump. I guess putting a slit in the key way side of the coupler is about the only thing I can think off.

You did take the bolt out of the center that's holding the splined part to the shaft, right?
The bobcat parts online breakdown shows a bolt and a large washer holding it on.

Yep, the bolt is there but loosened so the puller would push against it rather than the input shaft itself.

I finally got it off with a custom puller made just for this job. I had no idea this coupler and pump input shaft was tapered which explains why when it came off it came off with some force. I am going to need to convert this tapered shaft to a straight key way shaft as I am going to use a custom lovejoy coupler on this custom install.

Rather than risk messing up the internal shaft in the pump, I'd be inclined to modify the splined adapter to accept half of the lovejoy coupler and put it back.
Good job on the custom puller, if you'd known that it was a taper shaft you could have hit it with an air hammer and dull chisel when it was under tension and it would have popped right off.
