2005 bobcat s150 oil pressure light and shutdown

S150 v2203 engine oil pressure light, beep, and shuts down after full operating temp 200F. New oil pump, filter, oil, oil pressure sensor. At cold start it has 65psi and when it shuts down it has 35-42psi with a manual oil pressure guage. Fresh overhaul on engine and didn't do this before. Any help is appreciated.
