Hey all. I just rebuilt the engine in my 2008 bobcat S250 with the help of a heavy duty diesel mechanic of 45yrs. We got everything filled and running. Tested oil pressure and getting 60psi? We did everything according to oem spec so we are unsure why we are throwing a high oil pressure code (confirmed with independent gauge). Any ideas? Manual says 44psi at 2800rpm (max output). I'm showing a consistent 60psi no matter what. I bought a new pressure switch because at first I thought it was a false reading.

I just ran into this situation on a s185. After 3 hours of running it would throw the high oil pressure code. 04-21. I bought a new oem sensor and would get the code as soon as i turned the key on. What i found was that the new oem sensors made by danfoss have the power and ground switched. once i swapped the wires in the weatherpack plug the code went away. I have yet to test it for longevity to see if it does it at the 3 hour mark like before. Let me know what you found.
