I've posted a few times trying to trouble shoot the hyd system. Symptoms were. No tilt no lift. Minimal drive on the left side and no drive on the right side. With the extremely low charge pressure code. Put a new charge pump on with no positive effect. And it begins. Gutted the hyd system. Going through the entire system. What's the best system to get the metal out of the Rams? What does the dealer do if a machine on warranty fails and and sends metal right through the system? The drive motors look decent. (Pretty simple). Can you got new sealing rings for the Pistons? With a bit of polishing and 600 gr and glass they will be fine. Any suggestions? Gonna pull the new charge pump apart and make sure everything is still mint. Looks like a reman drive pump from lps is in order. Smash plates are cut deep and the rotating groups are wore pretty bad. Not sure how the control valves are yet. I hope a polish and a reseal they will be good. Any tips would be great. Coolers coming out and several back flushes will be done until it comes clean. The inline filters were pretty clean other then the left front one. It had a bit more metal in it. Could a guy install more inline filters in while this is being done? Catch anything we missed in the flush? I know this is a long post if you reply now with tips and advice i appreciate it!!!

You sound like you are on the right track.
To do the cylinders, you need to pull them apart to clean them out.
Extra filters aren't gong to be easy. Most of the lines that don't already have filters will have up to about 3,000 PSI running through them.
The drive pump, wet and dry on a sheet of glass does a great job of removing light scoring on the rotating group and wear plate
