Well, here is an update on my issue. I installed a new control module, programed it and it is all good. Thank you all for the support.

Seat bar switch works fine. All BICS light but "lift & tilt". The pedals are locked. Disconnect the battery, hook it back up, turn on machine (no start) and the pedals work and the light is on. Start the machine and the light goes out. No codes. If I unplug one of the two solenoids I get a code...

I have tried to find one salvage to no avail. I guess Monday I will bite the bullet and spend the 771.41 + Tax for a new one. Ouch, but it will be fixed.

Yes check and clean the grounds. If you know of some one with the same machine you can try their module to see if the issue goes away.

Okay, so as of now I pulled a control module out of an S300 (optioned the same) and plugged it into my S250 and it worked fine. So I believe it is the control module. I now go in search of a replacement.

I have continued troubleshooting and have more symptoms. If I turn on the machine but do not start it I get all four BICS lights and the pedals work, I then start it and the "lift & tilt" light goes out and pedals lock. If I unplug both the lift & tilt spool lock solenoids I get a code 18-07...

All other BICS are on. No "lift & tilt" light and the foot pedals are locked. The machine will move.

Hi there. I have an S250 and the "lift & tilt" light is out and the foot pedals are locked. Pulled the controller out and ohm out the harness and all the circuits are okay. Checked for codes using the "lights" button and have none. Has anyone come across this type of issue or have any direction...

ok, so i removed the right rear tire and access plate. then i pulled the pickup out of the tank. removed it from the hose, leaving the hose in place. the pick up was clear so i tried to gently blow through the line to no avail. so not knowing if there is a check valve or something in the line...

i agree if the bulb was flat but it is so cold here i could not even collapse it by hand. i pulled it off and could not pull fuel out of the line. being an outboard technician i see that a lot though. now to go lay in the snow and fix it. thank you for the info.

Has any one remove one? mine must be plugged. can it be done without any major obstacles? thank you

i use it when ever i replace a fuel filter. i use it to fill the filter for the prime.

there were no codes and the other solenoid didn,t seem to affect it. it must be something in the detent in the valve. i got the prybar out and popped it out. don,t dare try using float untill i do more research to fix it.

i have an s250 that is stuck in float. the left foot pedal, you can not put it heel down after toe push into float. there are two solenoids on the boom spool valve. i can only assume the one closest to the front is the lock out for the seat bar. i think the one in the rear of the valve is the...
