Hello Everyone, I have acquired a 1825B with 1700 hours. A real nice and clean unit. However, recently (had it for about a year) when you are driving through thick mud or driving into a pile and working the boom at the same time, the engine will load up to the point that it will stall unless you let go of the controls. It is more so noticeable when its hot and been running for awhile. You could be driving through thick mud and it will bring down the engine quite a bit as well. Is that normal? I fully flushed out the system of hydraulic fluid when I picked it up last year. New filter, 10w30 oil and bought the HTO additive as well. New fuel filters and regular oil changes. No leaks anywhere. But it just doesn't seem right that I can stall the engine operating it because it bogs down under load when hot. Any thoughts?

I think you can stall just about any machine if you push it too hard. I know my S150, if i am pushing and lifting a load at the same time, i can stall it. If you aren't pushing it hard then something isn't right.
Did you do the air filter too?

""It is more so noticeable when its hot and been running for awhile."" Are you sure that the engine is not overheating? It is pretty common for "hot engines" to perform odd, to include stalling out. Have you checked the coolant system? Are there any leaks or blocked airflow to the radiator?

Yes, Changed the air filter as well. All filters were changed. Wasn't cheap to do, but was fun at the same time.

I could double check the fan belt. But every time I walk behind it there has always been a lot of air moving out the back. I've power washed the entire machine when I received it. No plugged rad. I also had flushed the coolant when I took over. No overheating light has ever come on. No coolant leaks at all.

If it helps anyone pinpoint the issue. I know the charge pressure alarm comes on if I move forward with the engine at low idle. I have heard of issues with the pressure relief valves but not sure if that would cause the engine to stall. I would think that if there was an issue with the relief valve, that I just wouldn't move forward and the engine wouldn't bog down.
