T595 fuel diagram

Help Support SkidSteer Forum:

2019 T595 skid steer Doosan D24 engine. I hear a sound of bubbling from a fuel line the disappears under the engine. I lose prime when squeezing the bulb. No fuel to pump. Needing a fuel hose routing diagram. I don't have serial number on hand. I'll be out to the field later today and can send if needed. Thanks
What Serial #? And what do you need exactly ?

Here is a link to the parts catalog:

After entering your SN or model number search "fuel" and you should find a schematic that should help.

Ok it is most likely the Fuel Pick Up Tube with picks up the fuel inside the tank. They are known to break off, but do not get these compression rings, you do not need them.

I replaced the pick up tube and end filter. Looks like a 1" barrel with holes . When I pump the bulb it will harden but can hear bubbling sound from fuel hose going under engine. It looses prime in bulb as soon as it cranks over.

Is the fuel lines between the Elbow (which goes into the Tank) and the Primer Bulb buried in mud underneath the engine?? You could also run a new fuel line around the pumps. I did that every time I replaced the Fuel Pick up Tube, just to prevent that the Fuel Line gets kinked underneath the Engine.

The fuel pickup hose is not restricted and moves freely to the bulb. The hose in question is running underneath engine and is stuck it it's attached to a return hose that I see in a diagram. Diagram is not clear on if it has a check valve at an elbow going back to tank as a return. I'm assuming it is a return to tank hose and a bubbling sound when priming bulb appears to be coming from that area as well as felling that hose by hand I can feel a pulse during this bubbling sound. I'm at next will try static test in injectors, but thinking I need to lift engine to find out where that stuck hose is going and if it's a check valve elbow going into tank. This is my first time touching s bobcat. A bit different than Western Star trucks. Sorry for the daft description .
