I have a plate. The pump was removed from a unit because of a creeping problem. I think the loader had less than 1500 hrs. The plate looks in excellent condition. As for what caused the failure, I don't know. It seems they just occasionally do. If there is no evidence of foreign material getting into the pump than it is just a mystery.
