My 2003 S-185, seems to run great but lately it takes 30-45 seconds for the motor to shut-down after hitting the stop button. Yesterday it took several minutes to shut down. I will appreciate any ideas. Has anybody had this problem? Could it be bad fuel?

It sounds like a sticky fuel shut down solenoid.
Get someone to sit the the cab and start the machine, then get them to hit the stop button and watch the solenoid on the engine and see if it moves. It may not be traveling smoothly causing it to run until the vibrations make it move to the stop position.
Bad fuel would make it run poorly, it won't make it run on.

I don't want to sound too stupid, but exactly where would I find the fuel shut down solenoid?
