Just bought fire damaged S20. Motor and pumps removed. Will it roll to load it?

I am not familiar with the S20 but most Bobcats are built with the same principle.
As long as the fluid in the drive motors is not hydro locked (fluid can freely move through them) the wheels should turn. If you still have a problem you should be able to remove the drive motors or remove the hoses from the motors.

You might have to remove the parking lock plate or traction lock, presuming it has one. If it's locked up, dish soap can help it slide onto the trailer.
