Hello all and happy new year. I just purchased a new (2024) 331g track loader. OMT362754X19. This is my first skid steer style piece of equipment, I've had older stuff, but nothing this nice. When using the machine to back blade, it works just fine. But I believe there is some type of float option available where you put the blade down and pull the trigger on the right controller while back blading. After a few seconds I get an audible beep and a message to check codes. When I do this, there are no active codes, but there is one stored code. 580849.03. I do not know if this has anything to do with my back blading auto float issue. Machine has 12 hours on it. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

My suggestion might be to contact the dealer you got the machine off of, I am pretty positive that any company that sells things NEW will more then be glad to send a person over to you to show you how everything woks and how to use!
this way you will be getting the exact info you need on YOUR exact model and nothing beats a person in person showing you hot ti all works over , words on a screen IMO!
its all part of the buying new process, and dealers all do this, as part of the sale,a s they want you back to buy more!
it also help you get a better relationship with the dealer, so down the road when you need help or parts, you have a more personal relationship with them as well! win win deal!

Thank you for responding to my question. I really appreciate it! I figured I would have to reach out to the dealer. I was just hoping that it was some simple operator error on my part. So I reached out to them this morning and we'll hopefully get this cleared up. Thanks again!

when you paid the $$ for a new machine, you may as well, make them do something for it, HHAA
and its always good to have them there to show you things, even experienced guys, some times need to be shown how new things do this and that and why, only benefits you in the long run

I'm glad they are coming to help you too, , feel free to update things here when you know, never know when another might find it useful to read!
