That is what I assume is your engine oil drain,there should be a plate that I do not see that is to that clamp and the plate is then bolted to the machine with the other two holes. I do not know about that machines oil drain but when you change the oil,the engine oil should be at operating temp. to assure good oil flow out that hose and I let mine sit overnight to drain . If you need to do it at a faster rate I set my air compressor to about 5 psi and pressure the dip stick tube to increase flow so at that time. note: the old oil filter still must be in place until drained.
