Ok, what am I doing wrong when I try to post a link to another website? I can copy the web address off another site, paste it in a message here but it never is a link that can be clicked on and you go right to it. You always need to copy and paste the web address in a search box to go to it. Is there a way I can put up links so they can just be clicked on to get to them? Here is a example. https://www.baumhydraulics.com/home.php?xid=ca1a5b68116a78307315bc10604c5f96 I get the address on here but it is not a "one click" to send you there. I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong or my settings or something but it only happens to me on this site, the other groups I'm in I don't have this trouble.

Tazza or someone can tell us but I think it is a function of this being a very old (technology wise) site (especially if you use Mac). That's why I've been pushing for the "upgrade". Last I heard we were a few thousand short………encourage everyone to "donate" ;-)

Ok, to be honest if that is just how it works here I don't mind it so much. I thought I was doing something wrong that I couldn't do it. Sometimes (usualy) this computer stuff makes me feel kind of dumb. lol But this site, even if it might be a little dated is just fine with me. This group has saved my bacon on several repairs with the advise of the folks on here. Great group, thank you to the admins as well as all the other users!

What I have found with links is that you need to put a space after it to get it to turn into an active hyperlink.
If I don't hit enter or put a space after it, I get: https://www.baumhydraulics.com/home.php?xid=ca1a5b68116a78307315bc10604c5f96
But if I put a space or hit enter after pasting the link, I get: https://www.baumhydraulics.com/home.php?xid=ca1a5b68116a78307315bc10604c5f96
Some times moving the cursor over the link, it works too.
I have recently re-installed my operating system and upgraded my Internet explorer, I found that adding skidsteerforum to the compatibility list helped.
