Takeuchi tl26-2 Track Machine

I was looking at this machine and here is what the owner says... "Having issues with right side not wanting to pull. I have removed and inspected final drive, everything looks good no issues. Still determine the problem. Machine runs and works well just with the intermittent problem with right side not wanting to pull." Any idea of what the issue might be? Should I pass?

One way is to swap the final drive from side to side and see if the issue moves with it, lot more work, but really the only way to know for sure.
If you have enough room at the pump, you could possibly swap hoses too.
