Bobcat 7753 skidsteer engine question

Hello friends, I am needing advice in installing a Carrier Reefer Kubota V2203 DI engine into my 7753 Bobcat replacing a blown Kubota V2203 IDI engine. I realize that I must exchange the oil pan, flywheel assemblies, exhaust and intake manifolds but I have noticed that the trend is to change the front cover, fuel injectors, pump, etc. My question is that it ran fine in the reefer, why will it not run in the Bobcat, my concentration is on the fuel system and I do understand the difference between the DI and IDI.
