Just got a plow attachment for my 180. Hooked up the hoses and went the turn handle and it seemed to be locked up in both directions. Hoses were slightly moving when I tried to engage the handle. Seemed like a lot of pressure build up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's a rough first job to run into right out of the gate with a new plow. A locked up handle with the hoses still shifting a bit makes me think something's fighting back in the line rather than the handle itself being broken but that's just a guess on my end. Did you get a chance to try cycling it a few times or is it staying stuck no matter what?
