t190 no power when sticks pushed all the way forward.

I have a t190 if i push the sticks less than half way plenty of power can push in and fill the bucket, If i push the sticks more than 3/4 it lags way down no push no power hardly get up a small incline empty really weak, but the motor stays constant no bog no smoke runs great. I am new around here thanks for any suggestions and help. I already checked the case drain filter under the cab it was really clean.

Your linkages could be out of adjustment how is your forward compare to your reverse if way different they may need adjusting. Being it will work with less stick I doubt it's your drive belt tension but it could be checked
