Hi All, good news, the T190 ACS system seems to be back on track and working fine. I was ready to give up and hall it off to Bobcat, but I had a nagging feeling that I wanted to give it one more try. We got it, and if anyone is having issues with actuators, I learned a few things on this one that might just save someone else some headache and expense.OK no lift or tilt. active 32-34 code. swap connectors does code change?(easy breezy)
As for my long posts...Sorry, 7lbssmallie, I can be a little long winded when trying to work out tough problems, but it did help to write out some of the sequence of errors to realise how the system works and what the controller is looking for. That, and from every post, I got some very useful suggestions that helped point me in the right direction.
That said, a big Thanks to BC743G, honestly, I am not sure I would have figured it out had we not had an ongoing dialog and had I not followed most of your suggestions. It is possible what I "figured out" you already knew and where trying to point me there, so sorry if I missed the obvious.
At this point, I can say that is has been both frustrating and very rewarding. I went into my project wanting to so something simple and it turned into a crash course on bobcat ACS operating systems.
Thanks again for everyones help and interest. And BC873G, I would be happy to touch base by private email, not sure the best way to share that. What do you suggest?
