Snow tread for Bobcat Track loader

I have a 8 foot Protech pusher on my T300 loader and am looking for a snow track to improve the traction. We use our track loaders all year in excavation business and track machine is only way for our conditions. That being said I will be using the T300 along with our plow trucks. I have a snow bucket and a snow pusher that both are used in every storm. I welded hooks on top of pusher so we can grab both bucket and pusher and move around the plow sites quickly. Now we just need to look into better track for snow so we are looking for any advice here as a new member to this forum.

Both Bridgestone and Bobcat now have tracks specifically for snow applications, they are a softer rubber and a different tread design.
