every dealer can charge what they want sadly
I doubt there is any set fee
as too many variables are there, from location, are you bring them machine, or they coming to you to change them,
condition of the machine, from simply how clean it is to access things, to, if any hardware is damaged or extra steps needed,a s to a normal track replacement
then are you providing the new tracks, or are they?(and not saying our price includes tracks, I'm sure they cost way more than 800 bucks)
But some dealer don't like installing customers parts,a s to selling you THERE parts if you follow!
this maybe is not what you want to hear e, but without knowing all details, its hard to say if price is high or fair
best thing I think you can maybe try to do is all some other dealers in your area and ask for a price and see if there the same or not, as location again can effect prices
