I would suggest back tracking wires and looking for damage,a s well as making sure all connections are clean and corrosion free
and also, when you checked fuses, did you use a meter to confirm the fuses were really good?
as I have seen some fuses that looked good, be bad
another thing you can try is disconnecting the battery for an hr or more, and then see if anything resets, modern over computer controlled things, seem to some times re set if given enough time for power to fully drain from system, or its been my experience
it can some times get things back to working, but Doesn't mean it fixed the real cause
but it can some times get your machine back to where it can be worked on better or home!( MY Ram diesel, has needed to do this a few times to get me places, over computerized emissions crap!
