plow

I know this question has been beaten to death but here goes,8 ft fisher wont angle tryed everything I found on this forum .Plow is not binding up ,lines are clear ,hooked up my grapple and it works fine ,flow limiters clear, (even took them off) flat face coulp clear ,when I hit the switch to the right plow moves 1 inch than stops .The machine is a S 185 high flow . I used this plow on my minute mount 2 and never had a issue.I put my other plow on the machine and same thing but it worked last month.When i hit the switch the lines jump like there getting psi but no movement .
