Just a FWIW ..New Holland customer service returned a call to me this morning stating that all new New Holland skid steers now ship from the factory with 10w-30 oil in engine and hydraulics,

Good ol' Customer Diservice is on the ball again I see----NOT!. Better late than never I suppose---my '03 and '05 both had it from the factory in the motor and hydraulics. I rarely use motor oil in the hydraulics though as it's about double the cost of hydraulic fluid. The reason they use motor oil is it foams less and has rust inhibitors.

my machines were bought used so i had no idea they would use 10-30 in the engine especially going back to 03
