no heat @ no cab light!! OMG!! haha 773g

i have a 773 i picked up over the summer, has a full factory cab, never needed heat till this last week, and noticed its only blowing cool air, ive checked the fuses, antifreeze is ok, temp knob all the way hot, no difference, even after operating for 3 or 4 hours when the temp gauge is right in the middle also my cab light doesnt work (no big deal i know, least of my worries), and the bulb and wires are both good, but no power coming up, as i said ive checked the fuses should i tilt up the cab and have a look around? could these two problems be related? thanks, any ideas would help!
