Year 2000 - 864 - w/ 1000hrs - usual maintenance & service. Very light duty use

Is there a 'reset' or a bypass to the "General Default Warning Light"? (top row / second from left / key side)
Does it trigger fuel shut off solenoid? (I'm trying to find that device on Deutz engine)
Wondering if there was a Hyd Pressure overload that triggered General Default error. (Hyd Filter or system error?) Plenty full of Hyd Fluid as well, but no recent filter change.

Engine died while idling on an 10% side hill (Right side is high)
Seems to have plenty of fuel at filter (Hand pump bulb), haven't checked at injectors yet, as everything seems OK and tank is nearly full of fuel

General Default Light was on after died, and initially trying to crank after dying, it would only crank for <3 sec and "General Default Warning Light" would beep 3x and come on, then stop cranking. (Fault protection?)

After weekend cool down (3 days), engine will crank by not fire,
When you release the key from 'Start' position, the "General Default Warning Light" comes on.

I need to move this thing, as it's down a steep, muddy hill and sitting on my forest slash burn pile... (winter rains have arrived)
(Columbia River Gorge - currently experiencing Bomb Cyclone)

Any bright ideas greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Do you have any error codes?

The only error that appears is 1-16 (Air Cleaner sensor(?), which has been broken and warning light on for a couple yrs)

Do the error codes scroll?
Is there a way to clear and reset codes? (In case there are other codes)

Further fuel check is: fuel to the filter, but not to injectors (while cranking)
No audible or feel of 'click' at Fuel solenoid with key energized.

Is there a 'shut down' error that might be blocking power to the fuel shutoff rack?
Can you manually open the fuel rack? (Small lever below solenoid?) Neither Left, or Right position result in fuel to injectors while cranking.

Is there a 'warning' for Hyd filter obstruction? or a way to reset or override the sensor?
Is it possible or recommended to install a low pressure electric fuel lift pump. (I have plenty of Aux lift pumps since I have a fleet of Bosch VE vehicles - VW and Cummins)

It's not very accessible to change filters in current position, so 30 sec of power could get it level 1 min to get it to shop, but I don't want to shred the Hyd pump, if it has a blockage. Not sure how 'forgiving' that risk is.

Towing advice? (ugh) Can use the neighbor's dozer if required, but it will be difficult and messy.
Prefer to get it started and moved to a better position.

Much thanks for reply.
Greatly appreciated.

Success, kinda...

Fuse blown, no solenoid action (with new fuse)
Fuel solenoid / shutoff rack position is be real touchy.
Seems the springs on the rack / at rest position are default "on" (rack to the right, manual lever to the left) "OFF" = lever to Right (belt / front end of engine)

I had to pull the solenoid + used an electric lift pump, manually tweaking the shut-off rack position and it was still very picky about starting, and now won't start again, but is up near the shop.

Seems like a few issues, but likely mainly the solenoid needs replaced and positioned correctly on install.

I'll clean the fuel pick-up in tank and also check the stock lift pump (It doesn't deliver much fuel, so not sure the injector pumps had enough supply volume. (I faced another difficult start when sitting on a hill a couple months ago, so could be tank pick-up / line / lift pump / fuel filter. It's not sucking the primer bulb flat, so it's not a significantly obstructed pick-up in the tank. )
