No power when I turn the key on. I have power to the key red/white wire and power on the key switch wires, but nothing lights up or beeps on either panel.

I am having this same problem with a 2016 T550. I was driving along and it was like the key was just turned off. I have power to the fuse panel and to/through the on/off/start switch. But nothing comes on.

I have cleaned every connection, checked for voltage on all the fuses and relays and they do have same volts as the battery and still get nothing to work or light up any suggestions please

This key switch plugs into the right panel. Should that panel have 12volts going in and 12 volts going out to the right panel?

Lots of these machines out there.
I am surprised someone has not offered you some ideas!!

the only thing I got is to remember your grounds are as important as the hot side, so it might help if you find a ground in the harness close as possible to the panel and put your meter on it to make sure you are seeing the chassis and battery ground.

i would check the harness and connection underneath the enclosure, raise up the cage and check it at the main connection or broken wires or rubbing against the frame, I have had issues with the connection before, disconnect it and plug it back in.do the wiggle and pull test with the key on and an eye on the panel to see if lights up.

Thanks for the replies. I checked the connection and cleaned all grounds and hot wires,12volts on red/white wire all the way to right and left side panel and 7.56 volts out of the right panel on one purple wire with number 9350 has that 7.56 all the way to the left panel and out through the cab connection and don't know where it goes from there. Should that have 12volts and the right panel be bad?

Save your self some time and buy one of these circuit tester probes. You can see if you're getting ground or power on any wires and you can also give ground or power to any wires. It makes tracking down electrical issues so much easier. And it's pretty cheap. Got this one for like $25 on amazon.

I used that tester from Amazon and probed the red/White all the way up to where it plugs in the key and when it comes out to the key switch red, green ,white wires the the red wire has 12volts and then goes to 5volts when the key turns on
