Lx 885 starting issue

Our 885 has to be started in the service mode and then switched to run in order to run the machine. Everything seems to work then. It had a 2-switch seat and the new one from new holland came as a one switch seat. The EIC goes thru the self as it should(displays 8,s and then all lights light up. All the fuses check O.K. It just will not crank the engine in the normal or run position. Anyone have any ideas?

Looking through past posts I found one with similar problem and it turned out to be the run/service switch thats all I know. I would suspect the seat switch circuit but they are supposed to be parellel so only one needs to close.

Before sitting in the seat look at the instrument panel. While watching the panel sit in the seat. The lights should light and go through the self check. After the self check there should be two lights on. The park and seat belt light. Fasten the seat belt and that should put out the seat belt light. Up to this point the key should be off. If this all checks the engine should start if everything else is alright. The only other components between the key switch and starter relay is the service/run switch and the start interlock relay in the engine fuse panel. I would look at the start interlock relay. It is the long relay in the fuse panel
