Remove the instrument panel. You should power at pin 14, R/LTGN, of the connector at all times. If not, check the 15A fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel. It should be the bottom fuse in the fuse block closest to the engine.
You should have power to pin 12, O, of the connector when the key switch is on. If not check the 5A fuse in the cab fuse panel next to your head on the right side.
You should have power at pin 4, T/W when you sit in the seat. If not, check the 5A fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel. It is the second from the bottom on the fuse block closest to the engine. If that is ok then check the seat switch, wiring, and service run switch. Service/Run switch must be in run position.
You should have power at pin 11, LTGN, when you fasten the seat belt. Power goes from the seat swtich to the seat belt buckle and from there to the instrument panel.
