Hey all
I have an Ls170 runs great. Recently the key will will kill the motor fine but the accessories /lights/heater will stay running regardless of the key position. I thought it was the ignition switch, so I replaced it in the same problem persists, resulting in a dead battery

Any help would be most welcome!

unless you put in a bad switch ,it would have to be in the harness ,somehow you have a hot getting into the accessories wire,i would pull the fuse or disconnect the battery to kill that circuit until you find the problem.

I mounted a switch on the positive terminal of the battery. There are a lot of places the electrical system can get damaged and electrical fire have happened when no one was around. It's a $60 piece of mind and instant work around to your problem.

I also agree, you need to disconnect power till you find issue
and I also highly recommend adding a battery disconnect to all machines, it offer a lot of advantages
from stopping any parasitic drain , which almost every machine made has in some degree!
and why most come with them from the factory\

plus they also can be placed in places where anyone trying to steal your machine might not know where it is, making it harder on them

I personally like to add them on the fire wall behind seat sort of(like behind my right elbow if sitting in machine)
so I can reach when sitting, but yet not be too visible for folks not knowing to look for them
battery disconnect are not that costly, but when buying I do recommend buying a better quality one over cheap china made ones

The problem is still there. I'm thinking it's a stuck relay somewhere. It starts fine, shuts off fine, but the EIC board stays lit and the blower and lights stay on after turning the key off. . Does anyone know what relays send power to the heater and lights? Thinking a relay stays stuck closed?

It's fairly easy for me just to disconnect the battery for now.
