Lost all movement in controls

I was out moving some logs with my bobcat 773, traveling to the pile she just locked up lost all steering and and all up and down movement in the forks , the steering arms just go back and forth right free and don't go forward or reverse and the foot peddles don't move the lift frame , red Light came on in top left corner , hydraulic oil level good and no leaks. What could have happened? Troubled in newfoundland
