L-185 skid steer won't start

Seat belt light has been flashing last couple of days so there seems to be an electrical problem. Now, it won't start and wheels are locked so I can't load it on a trailer to get it off the job site. Any suggestions on at least how to unlock the wheels to toe it? thx in advance!

Even with the brakes off it will be difficult to move as there is no real neutral on a hydrostatic machine so towing is going to be tough to do.

When you sit in the seat, does the instrument panel light up? If yes did you did you check if you have power to the seat belt connector? If no power at the seat belt connector, then the seat harness has a broken wire. If you have power at the seat belt connector, do you have power at the other terminal of the seat belt connector when the seat belt is fastened?
