John Deere 250 how to adjust creep

I have a John Deere 250 skid steer loader and when you start it , it wants to pull hard to the right . The parking brake does work which puts it in such a strain that it kills the engine. You can pull back on the handle and it quits but as soon as you let off, it does the same. Can someone explain to me how to adjust this? Thanks... Greg
