Hello everyone, I need a little help, here is my problem I have 2006 JD ct322 bought it lest year, never had any problems and i never use the auxiliary, few days ago I hooked up a grapple bucket and unlock the auxiliary handle, well the handle didn't move up or down, so i think it was seized because nobody ever use the auxiliary on it before, so I remove the cover plate and located the lever to the hydraulics and I push the lever with the pry bar and it moved, so I spray some WD40 on it and now it moves up and down very easy, so I figured I've got a problem fixed, well now when I want it to star, it started but is stalls after 5 seconds so I tried again and same thing it starts with no problem and it stalls after 5 seconds. Ok so I clean the separator, replace fuel transfer pump, clean all the fuel lines, checked the solenoid and even did the by pass on the separator and check the glow plugs relay, so it still doing the same starts with no straggle and stalls after 5 seconds and I notes that when the engine stalls after 5 second the fuel solenoid clicked after the engine shuts off. Please any suggestions will help. Thank you.

check your aux hyd. when it can see pressure in the aux lines and you don't have the aux bypass on or the seatbelt on it will shut down. try fasting the seatbelt then turn your key on without starting it, press your release button for the hyd and brake, then toggle your aux handle to relieve the pressure in the lines put the aux handle back in the neutral position and you should be good to go.

You fiddeled around in the dash and locked the machine. Turn the unit on and look at the display. I bet it says LOCK. I think you push the √ button and will let enter a code. Default code is normally 999.

Thank you for the reply So you saying because i push lever in, it created the pressure in the hydraulic line and thats why the engine shuts down 5 seconds after start

No it does not say lock and there is no codes.
your aux spool may not be centered after you was prying on it, check your quick couplers and see if you can push them in . I suspect you won't be able to as one of them will be under pressure.

Ok thanks I will tried tomorrow when I get to the job site. Is there a hyd pressure sensor that sends a signal to the engine?

I do not think your problem is the aux is stuck on. If it was, it would be creating a hydraulic load while cranking the engine over making it hard starting. The aux will not create enough load to stall the engine even at idle. What you are saying is exactly what a locked machine will do. Also I don't think I was clear, you need to enter 999 to unlock it, there isn't a service code for LOCK.

Ok so I tried to release the pressure and no luck also I was trying to enter a code and it won't let me to enter any codes, is there any way to reset all the codes? I'm going to disconnect the battery for an hour and see what happens. Any other suggestions. Thank you.

Update The disconnection of the battery didn't do anything, so I'm back to square one.

Shits and giggles, on the back of the head is a fitting for the return hose. Inside that fitting is a check vavle for supply pressure. Try pinching it off and see if it starts. If it does and stays running, I wouldn't run it very long, but it should give you an idea if that's the problem.

as soon as it starts push the aux bypass button located up by the headlight switxh and see if it will stay running

Update. Pushing the bypass switch didn't work, so I call the dealer and they send the mechanic, the mechanic came over and power up the fuel solenoid from the battery, so the engine started with no problems and didn't shut down, so he said that solenoid is working fine and thats a DMU computer is sending Auto shut down, so then I told him what I did with the auxiliary handle and he trace that to the switch that sends the signal to DMU that the auxiliary handle is in neutral so we jump the connections on the switch and BINGO, so when I push the lever its trigger the switch in off position and because nobody ever use the auxiliary on this machine the connections got bad inside the switch, the switch is $35. Thank you all for the help.

Glad you got it going.
