I could not reply to the other thread. The 300 grade oil you mention does not seem correct. I assume its ISO grade, maybe you meant 320 which is an ISO grade but equivalent to a 60 in crankcase oil (not gear oil). I would not use motor oil but would use tractor & hydraulic fluid from NAPA or TSC or Walmart. I would not worry about getting every last drop out. You will not be able to.
