How to install cab heater on LX565

I have a 1998 New Holland LX565 and would like to install a Maradyne cab heater. Can anyone direct me where to tie into the coolant system to pipe to the heater? And where does the wires from the heater fan go? (the manual says into the engine fuse panel, but any specifics on how that is done would be helpful) Thanks in advance!
