Engine will not stop when presing Auxiliary Pressure Release

Did any one encounter this issue on some 1999 Bobcat 751? After holding the button for 2-3 seconds the engine revs down to almost shutting down, rpm is lower than idle and refuses to shut down. This is not happening all the time but when it happens and i use the drive levers it sounds like the engine has no power. HELP!!!

Never had that....
On a 751, i thought the aux pressure release was when you turned the key to the left after shutting down? unless yours has a different panel in it
