763 Bobcat with 03-09 and 03-14

Having issues with 763. The battery reads 12.6 volts and was replaced last year. Over the winter it was on a trickle chargers so I don't expect the battery to have any issues. The bobcat starts fine but then the battery light goes on and every 10-20 seconds the codes switch between 03-09 low voltange and 03-14 critical low voltage and sometimes they dissapear completely. I took the leads off the battery, cleaned positive and negative with sand paper to make them shine. same with the battery studs. Reconnected everything. Then I replaced the 25amp computer fuse in the fuse box (it wasn't blown). The bobcat runs with code 03-09 but as soon as the 03-14 code pops up all controls lock up. I also ran a fused SAE connector to the cab for accessories and plugged in a digital volt meter to it. When the codes pop up the battery is either at 12.6 volts or 14.6 when the alternator kicks in. What should I try next?

If the battery and alternator both check out as good then you may have a short somewhere. Look for any wiring with rubbed through spots and also clean and tighten all grounding points that you find.

Make sure that your battery cables do not have any internal corrosion. This normally will look like the cable is swollen under the insulation. You can also try to test if the cables have any resistance.

All grounds that I can find so far look good. no corrosion. I also tested voltage in the fuse box. Everything shows 12.6-12.8V. Went through the entire harness and was not able to find any bulges or rubbed spots. I also plugged by jump box to confirm that its not due to the battery having a dead cell. Doesn't appear to be a battery issue as the 03-14 code remains on.

I'm going to keep checking for any additional loose wires.
 
in the morning the conditions changed between no codes, 03-09 and 03-14. Right now the code 03-14 is more or less constantly on. I was able to find one wire behind the driver side headlight that went into the top control panel that was rubbing and half the strands were cut. I soldered the wire but the issue remains.
 
I would test the alternator. It should be putting out 14 volts all the time. I bought a Topdon battery/charging system tester for around $30 years ago from Amazon and it has been a useful troubleshooting tool.
 
I was able to find that somebody has previously cut into the main computer wire under the steat and attempted to repair it in the past. The copper was dark on the inside after the attempted repair so I ran a new wire from the main computer to both cab computers. The issue persists. If I let the bobcat sit overnight, it starts and runs without any issues for about 15-20 minutes and starts throwing 03-09 and 03-14 again.

Does anybody know what the Computer Pin voltage should be from the main computer to the other two computers? My battery is at 12.2V/14.4V depending whether the bobcat is running or not and the alternator is charging. The computer pin voltage from the main computer is constantly 11.7V. I'm wondering if this is supposed to happen or if there's a problem internal to the main computer. The 763 bobcat service manual doesn't specify voltage for this pin.
