I replaced the head and gasket on a bobcat 341, but engine oil getting into coolant. No coolant in the engine oil. Does this indicate one problem over another?

If the block was warped it could allow the oil into the radiator, even a hole in the water jacket of the block.
Was the old head cracked?

Yes the head was cracked and bad head gasket. Runs good now with new head and gasket, but just oil getting into the coolant.

Have you flushed the cooling system since you put on the new head and gasket? It could be just oil that got in the coolant passages from the old cracked head.

You did re-tighten the head after it was warmed up? The gaskets do crush a little once warmed and need a tighten up.
Other than that, not reallys ure where it can be coming from unless there is a crack in the block or the head has a manufacturing flaw. You did put a new O ring on the oil squirter on the block when you did the gasket?
