Hello all ! I have problem with my e19 2005 excavator. Swing function not work at idle rpm. Swing will work while any other hydraulic function is activated. But when other hydraulic function is deactivated, swing will stop after few seconds. We have done hydraulic pressure test for main relief and pilot pressure. All pressures are acceptable range. Noticeable thing is pilot pressure shows under 20 bar for swing function, but when use other function same time, pilot pressure rise 30 bar and stays there while swing is used. After deactivating swing and waiting few seconds swing wont work and pressure shows under 20 bar again. We have changed swing pilot lines with other function, but problem stays same with swing function. We took many parts from another identical machine. But the problem is exactly same. We have changed hydraulic control valve block, manifold body, hydraulic pump(all 3 pump), swing motor, joystick assembly. But problem still stays same. Is there anything else to try? Any test to do ?
