Case TV450B skid steer power issues

newer case tv450b skid steer has 486hrs on it was running fine first half of day stopped to fill machine up with fuel and dpf started back up and machine has issues with rpms dropping from 2500 to 1700 or below when doing minor moving or lifting of arms

Just changed filters today for fuel, hydraulics, oil did oil change machine still having issues with getting up and keeping rpms high dpf says it needs to be cleaned at 500hrs could that be derating my machine?

Yes ,known as limp mode. These Cases are notorious to this if you don't run them at high RPMs all the time. The problem is that they don't regen like they should. It's ridiculous that you have to remove the DPF to get it cleaned out. You might be able to get the dealer to send it into regeneration but there are no guarantees.

So funny enough the dealer said it was injector number 3 that was bad, got the machine back ran it for 3 days no issue, day 4 after filling it up at gas station and filling def issue comes back same as before thinking another injector went bad
