Case 1840 no lift or tilt help!!!

Hey guy, having a issue with my 01 case 1840. Was using machine other day moving dirt then lift and tilt went out. Didn't have time, but pulled rear pump and splines all look good. I was able to take the bucket off and its slowing raising at high rpm but not normal by any means. Aux pedal is normal neutral position. Is it possible stuck valve or you guys think pump is toast. Ordered gauges to check but not here yet. Any help would be great thankyou
