Hello and Happy Thanksgiving, I am looking at getting a skid steer for some general landscaping and am on a spartan budget. There is a Case 1818 that is available that will need an engine, other than that it is in great shape. My questions are: 1) are these decent machines? 2) how are they for slopes, are they stable? and 3) what motor should I replace the kohler 18 with? and 4) should I hold off and get a bigger machine?
