I am having a couple hydro issues with my T320. First I had lift cylinders leaking and the lift arms would bleed off while running. I rebuilt both Lift cylinders at the same time and the lift arms still bleed down will running. Any suggestions on where to go next? Valve Body? ] Also, I am having issues with the bobtach. I have an issue where the bobtach will open but not close unless I depress the right pedal down with my heel and it will slowly close but barely...6 months ago I had this issue and replaced the bobtach valve block, open and close solenoids, and the issue resolved for a few month but back to the same BS.... Are both these issues pointing to the valve block? Should I pull the whole valve block and rebuild? Thoughts and advise would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If you have done the cylinders and they still fall on their own, the onl thing left is the valve. It should have load checks, i think it's rare for them to go bad in newer machines, the old ones had Orings that went bad quite a lot.
Each section of the valve will have a plug next to the spool, this is the load check. Remove it and you can inpsect it for wear marks that could be the cause of the leak.
Cylinders will leak down over time, but you're looking at say an inch a hour or less
